Meltzer and Berman of MLGB obtain legal relief for L.I. company

Threatened by a misleading Chapter 11 filing in federal bankruptcy court in Florida, Contemporary Computer Services, Inc. (CCSI) received immediate legal help from Lew Meltzer and Joshua Berman, partners at Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone LLP (MLGB), who during an emergency motion hearing on July 10, were able to successfully obtain critical legal relief for their client.
