Peter Kim of Island Associates recently completed a 1,250 s/f retail lease for Nail Spa at 2890 Hempstead Tpke. Nail Spa joins Palm Beach Tan, across from the Bally's and CVS center. Aggregate rental is approximately $40,000. Kim represented both parties in this transaction.
