GHP Office Realty, LLC, an owner and manager of office properties throughout the N.Y. metropolitan area has renewed Network Recovery Services (NRS), a New York Presbyterian company, at 3 Expressway Plaza, for 10 years. The renewal is for NRS's 18,256 s/f corporate headquarters at the 150,000 s/f four building Expressway Plaza campus. NRS is a collection agency. Jamie Schwartz, executive vice president of GHP, represented the owner in the transaction. NRS was represented by N.Y. Presbyterian's vice president of real estate, Martin Cohen.
Schwartz said, "We worked very hard with Cohen and the user to satisfy their evolving space needs. There were many choices for them in the marketplace, but in the end, our commitment to keep them and their willingness to remain allowed us to structure a very fair deal."
"We decided to remain at the location because of its great location off of exit 37 of the LIE and the fact that it is walking distance to the Roslyn Train Station. Furthermore, NRS' focus is on our client's and our employee's satisfaction. This renewal will assure that both goals will be accomplished," said Cohen.
