CBCM chosen to rep Niagara County in sale of Mount View complex
July 27, 2009 - Brokerage
A 31-acre office and nursing home campus owned by Niagara County has been placed on the market, a move designed to allow taxpayers to capitalize the dormant asset.
Niagara County and Coldwell Banker Commercial have initiated national, state, and regional realty sales campaigns to sell the Mount View Campus, a five-story Mount View Skilled Nursing Facility and an active 30,000 s/f office building on Upper Mountain Rd. Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian (CBCM) was chosen to represent the county in the marketing of the Mount View Skilled Nursing Facility by the Niagara County Department of Purchasing, through a request for proposal process. The planned sale also has a local tie, as the local owners of CBCM, Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins, both reside in Niagara County, as does the lead agent on the marketing effort, Doug Hansgate.
