Wilf of Skyline closes on Queens site: $22.5m

Orin Wilf, president of Skyline Developers, LLC, recently closed on the purchase of 28-56 - 28-60 Steinway St. located on the corner of 30th Ave. and Steinway St. in the Astoria neighborhood. Wilf acquired the building from a group of New York investors for a purchase price of $22.5 million. Formerly a movie theater, the building, built in 1920, currently houses a New York Sports Club, Duane Reade and a branch of Washington Mutual Bank.
