This validates our decision to proceed with a capital program which included a new water feature at the entrance to the park, new fiber optic infrastructure, updated landscaping, paving of the parking lots and roads, construction of a state of the art on-site gym and café and new wall coverings and carpeting throughout the common areas. Furthermore, the Red Oak Corporate Park's location on Westchester Ave. with its immediate access to I-287, I-684, the Hutchinson River Parkway and downtown White Plains makes it a compelling address for any business."
