CX Design has signed a 2,500 s/f lease on the 3rd floor of 304 Hudson St. for a five-year term, according to Jason Pizer, senior VP of real estate leasing for owner Trinity Real Estate.
CX Design was represented by Randy Kornblatt of Spaceworks and Trinity Real Estate was represented by Pizer.
The company, which was established in 1990, offers lighting designs that are individually hand-crafted by master glass blowers from Murano - the Italian island treasured for centuries for its exceptional glass. Previously located on Broadway in SoHo, CX Design's lighting products are used by leading artists, architects and interior designers across the country for private home as well as high-profile public, corporate and retail venues ranging from the Four Seasons Resort and Canyon Ranch to Barney's New York and Neiman Marcus.
"Hudson Sq. is vibrant, creative business district that has become home to a diverse collection of companies," Pizer said. "CX Design joins an eclectic roster of fashion, film, broadcast and corporate clients at 304 Hudson including Y's America (Yohji Yamamoto), Brian Reyes, Great Performances and Atelier Fashion and we are delighted to welcome them to the neighborhood."
