PBS Real Estate secures 2,250 s/f for American Apparel at 610 Ninth Ave.

PBS Real Estate has secured a lease agreement for casual retailer American Apparel for a new store at 610 Ninth Ave. in Manhattan. With this deal, PBS has now completed three new retail leases for the company in New York City. "As American Apparel continues to implement its aggressive expansion plans throughout the United States and internationally, PBS Real Estate is pleased to be able to assist them in securing the most appropriate retail locations to support their unique brand position," said John Brod, principal, PBS. American Apparel signed a 10-year lease agreement at 610 Ninth Ave. for 2,250 s/f. Brod and Devon Binns of PBS represented American Apparel. Robert Frost of Signature Partners represented the building owner. PBS also recently completed leases for American Apparel for 5,299 s/f of retail space at 142 Fifth Ave., and a 10-year agreement for 3,900 s/f at 1841 Broadway.
