Sierra Realty Corp. promotes Levitan

Sierra Realty Corp. has promoted Peter Levitan, an in-house commercial sales and leasing specialist, to the position of managing director, according to James Wacht, president of the full-service New York-based real estate firm. Levitan joined Sierra in 2006 and has since consummated deals with a gross rental value in excess of $35 million. He has orchestrated closings with numerous notable tenants and landlords including Pacific National Bank, Ed Hardy, Aramark, American Development Group, Scottrade, C&K Properties, Ebony & Co, Subway, and Regis Corp. He also exclusively represents the international company Flight Club and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
