Kalikow enters dev. JV in San Antonio, Texas

According to The Kalikow Group, KEP Luckey Ranch Global LP has invested in Luckey Ranch Global Associates, Joint Venture (JV). The JV currently owns 610 acres planned for 2,400 single family homes and 71 acres of commercial use. The property is located at Loop 1604N and Hwy. 90.
