Q10| G.S. Wilcox & Co. has arranged financing in the amount of $6.5 million. The team of Deborah Nexon, originator and Albert Raymond, principal, recently arranged a loan which has a term of 10 years with a 25-year amortization. The loan was secured by two northern N.J. properties and one in N.Y.
