Mack-Cali leases 93,376 s/f to Virgin Mobile USA

According to Mack-Cali Realty Corp., Virgin Mobile USA L.P. has signed a new five-year lease for 93,376 s/f at 10 Independence Blvd., Somerset Hills Corporate Center. Virgin Mobile is currently a tenant in the building through a sublease. The lease will now expire in March 2016. 10 Independence Blvd. a 120,528 s/f class A office building, is 100% leased. Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield of N.J. represented the tenant.
