Bracken of Capmark refinances $17.92m loan

Capmark Finance Inc. originated $17.92 million in debt through its Freddie Mac program for the refinance of Terraces at Highland Reserve, a multifamily property. The floating-rate loan features a seven-year term. Located on 15 acres at 700 Gibson Dr., the property is comprised of 273 dwelling units. Senior VP Tom Bracken of Capmark's San Francisco office originated the transaction for a fund advised by KBS Realty Advisors.
