Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman, serving as the exclusive advisor to an affiliate of Kimco Realty Corp., has arranged a $100 million refinancing for Suburban Sq., a 360,000 s/f landmark retail and office property. The loan was provided by a N.Y.-based commercial bank.
