Kaled awarded property mgmt. contract for two Queens cooperatives

Kaled Management Corp. was awarded the property management contract for Rocky Hill, a 234-unit cooperative complex in Bayside and The Illinois, a 112-unit cooperative complex in Forest Hills. Kaled's Ian Cox will oversee the management of the Rocky Hill property on 47th Ave. Jodee Sariski of Kaled will oversee the management of The Illinois property located at 67-25 Clyde St. Deborah Gordon, Kaled's director of cooperatives, oversees Kaled's co-op property management and its team of professionals. "Kaled provides personalized attention to each of our buildings, and the award of these contracts is a testimony to our excellence," said Peter Lehr, director of property management. Kaled manages a portfolio of over 6,500 residential units throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
