Smith, Gambrell & Russell creates new legal "SWATT" team

Smith, Gambrell & Russell has formed a "SWATT" team to help real estate industry professionals — including developers, lenders and investors — assess the transaction risks related to distressed properties. SWATT stands for Strategic Work-Out Attorney team, and is a multidisciplinary group of attorneys with legal expertise in the following practices: real estate, zoning and land use, lending, bankruptcy, construction and environmental law.
