Giscombe handles two leases totaling 5,500 s/f

Giscombe Realty Group has brokered two leases in Harlem totaling 5,500 s/f.
The Consulate General of Senegal has signed a five-year lease for a 4,000 s/f second floor office in a four-story building at 4 West 125th St. The Consulate General's office will move from their current office at 271 West 125th St. (the Bishop Building) to their new location, which will give them more space. The lease also includes an option to renew clause for five years. Jeff Schettino, VP of Giscombe, represented the tenant. The landlord was Harlem Capital Center, LLC and the landlord broker was Jem Realty Management, LLC.
Giscombe also represented Roberta Washington Architects, which signed a 1,413 s/f, five-year lease for a sixth floor office at 68 East 131st St., with a five-year option to renew. The architectural firm currently occupies a 1,500 s/f location also at 271 West 125th St.
