The five-story walk-up apartment building consists of 20 large apartment units with three and four bedroom apartments. "The buyer was a local Bronx investor and the seller was a local Bronx landlord who had the property in the family for 47 years." The buyer purchased this building with 17 rent stabilized units and three rent controlled units.
