The Community Preservation Corp., (CPC), a non-profit affordable housing lender, has provided a $2.5 million construction loan to develop three new 2 family homes as well as a commercial building that will contain six units on the northwest corner of Bdwy. and West 262nd Sts. "Transforming a damaged building into usable commercial space and much needed housing is exactly the type of project CPC looks for," said Bruce Dale, senior vice president and regional director of CPCs Bronx office. "Turning a neighborhood eyesore into something that will be a true asset is what CPC is all about.
