WB Engineers | Consultant has renewed its lease at 110 William St. for a term of ten years, according to David Bonifacic, managing partner at the firm. The firm has occupied the 10,000 s/f space on the 14th floor of the building since 2001. "This convenient downtown location has served our business interests well," said Bonifacic. "It's a great, convenient address and we are pleased to continue our long-term tenancy at the building." WB Engineers was represented by Bruce Beegel of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. The landlord was represented by Todd Korren of Swig Equities LLC.
