Zimmerman joins The Rochlin Organization

Todd Zimmerman, an experienced commercial real estate professional, has joined Long Island's newest and fastest-growing commercial real estate firm, The Rochlin Organization LLC, as a vice president. The Rochlin Organization specializes in ownership representation. "Todd is an entrepreneurial commercial real estate executive with a record of success involving diverse assets and tenants," said Adam Rochlin, president of The Rochlin Organization. "His experience in cultivating relationships with an eye toward maximizing value for landlords will make him a welcome addition to our team." Zimmerman most previously was a principal at Windsor Commercial Real Estate Inc. Prior to that he was president of Majestic Realty Services and senior vice president of Blue Realty Corp. He is a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, the Long Island Association, Melville Rotary, Melville Chamber of Commerce and the Huntington Chamber of Commerce. Zimmerman received a bachelor of science degree in Real Estate Finance and Regional Development from the University of Arizona, Tucson, in 1991.
