KeyPoint Partners, LLC has been awarded the property management contract for 270 Center, a 232,700 s/f retail shopping center. The property will be managed from the firm's Bowie, Md. office, according to William Lawler, partner/director of property & asset management. Dividend Capital of Denver, Colorado awarded the contract.
