Jehle of Arbor secures $4.25m Fannie Mae loan

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC funded a $4.25 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS product line for the 122-unit University Apartments. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 6.10%. The loan was originated by Michael Jehle, midwest regional director, in Arbor's full-service Bloomfield Hills, Mich. lending office.
