Maureen Wilson, CCIM, SIOR, is a principal broker/president in the Binghamton office of Pyramid Brokerage Co., a Cushman & Wakefield alliance member. Wilson specializes commercial real estate services for major corporations and institutions. She serves as the current president of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR.)
