GCP Capital Group arranges ten transactions totaling $33.55 million; includes $10.25 million in financing by Perlmutter of GCP

GCP Capital Group LLC, one of the nation's most active companies specializing in investment real estate finance, has arranged the following transactions:
$10.25 million for a seven-story apartment building containing 30 units and three commercial units, located on 10th Ave. in Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP Capital Group LLC, arranged the financing.
$4 million for four four-story walk-up apartment buildings containing a total of 89 units, located on Pennsylvania Ave. in Brooklyn. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP Capital arranged the financing.
$1.9 million for a vacant parcel of land to be developed into a commercial property, located on Hempstead Ave. in Queens Village, New York. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
$2.7 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 52 units, located on West 162nd St. in Manhattan. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP Capital arranged the financing.
A $2.1 million permanent loan for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 19 units, located on East 89th St. in Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
A $6.35 million permanent loan for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 49 units, located on West 148th St. in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$9.3 million for a seven-story elevator apartment building containing 107 units with eight stores, located on Broadway in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$4 million for a seven-story elevator apartment building containing 75 units and six stores, located on Lebanon St. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$1.9 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 43 units, located on Wyatt St. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
$1.9 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 36 units, located on Eastburn Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing.
