Temes joins Green & Seifter Attorneys as associate

According to Green & Seifter Attorneys, PLLC, David Temes has joined the firm as an associate. Temes will focus his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, financial restructuring, business transactions, creditor's rights matters and general commercial litigation. He has represented debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy matters including commercial loan recovery and workouts, asset recovery, and debt collection including cases under Chapter 7 and 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. He is a graduate of Cornell Law School (J.D., 2005) and the University of Rochester (B.A., 2001, cum laude). He is a member of the New York and Onondaga County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in New York, The U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Temes serves on the board of directors for Congregation Beth Sholom-Chevra Shas in Dewitt, as well as the alumni board of directors for Manlius Pebble Hill School in Dewitt. Prior to joining Green & Seifter, he was a litigation and bankruptcy attorney with Scolaro, Shulman, Cohen, Getter & Burstein, P.C.
