Kenneth Kowalczyk has been in small business banking since 1972 with Bankers Trust Company, National Westminster Bank and Fleet Bank, providing loans to small businesses in the metropolitan area. Kowalczyk has been a vice president of lending at LIDC since 1997 partnering with all the area's financial institutions in providing up to 90% low cost fixed rate financing to small business owners throughout New York State and parts of New Jersey to acquire their own facility, through the SBA 504 Loan Program.
