Metro Realty Services, LLC has completed 8 deals totaling 68,000 s/f in spite of the economy according to Jeremy Hackett. Parts Authority purchased 10,000 s/f at 14 Allen Blvd. in Farmingdale. Co-broker Mario Asaro of United Realty represented the seller while Hackett represented the buyer. Purolator USA is expanding by signing a Lease for 20,000 s/f at 430 Smith St., Farmingdale. Hackett was the sole broker in the transaction. Loughlin Manufacturing expanded by purchasing 7,000 s/f at 1601 9th Ave., Bohemia. Hackett represented both buyer and seller. Baron Packaging leased 7,200 s/f at 44 Seabro Ave., Amityville. Hackett represented the tenant and Nick Romano and Charlie Collier represented the landlord. Don Cristi, a contractor, purchased 5,000 s/f on 1/2 acre at 44 Madison Ave., Hempstead. Hackett represented both buyer and seller. Special Testing and Consulting purchased 5,000 s/f at 144 Toledo St., Farmingdale. Andy Blumenthal also of Metro and Hackett represented the seller while Southgate Realty represented the buyer. Certified Restoration purchased 6,000 s/f at 160 Gary Way, Ronkonkoma. Co-broker Mike Schefren and Roger Ramirez of Sutton & Edwards represented the buyer, while Hackett represented the seller. J. Anthony Enterprises purchased 8,000 s/f at 1606 9th Ave., Bohemia. David Rotter also of Metro represented the buyer, while Hackett represented the seller.
