Thru the Lens

On April 2nd, The Edge, a new condo development, and Curbed.com co-hosted the celebration held in honor of the real estate blog's readers. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments from local merchants were served as 200 prospective buyers, brokers and guests toured The Edge's sales and design center, viewed models of the development's 40,000 s/f amenity space, and mingled with Lockhart Steele, the founder of Curbed, and his staff. Developed by Douglaston Development, The Edge is located along the northern Williamsburg waterfront and will feature three distinctive condo towers with over 60,000 s/f of retail space, below grade parking and 1.75 acres of open space.
