GGMC Parking, LLC was chosen to manage the parking operations at Atlantic Center Garage for Forest City Ratner Companies and at the Rockefeller University for that institution's parking needs. They are creating a fresh new environment for the enormous 625-car shopping center garage in Fort Greene Brooklyn, with installation of artwork and photographic displays and more spectacular displays in the works. They have also made two deals with the Moinian Organization this year at the new "Atelier" on 627 West 42nd St. and at the recently rehabbed "Ocean" a/k/a 17 Battery Place at 1 West Street. On the Upper East Side, they have taken over operations from Standard Parking at the Westminster, 165 East 66th St. and are in contract to purchase the garage condominium at the York River House, 1175 York Ave. from Central Parking. In Downtown Brooklyn, GGMC recently signed a deal with Leviev-Boymelgreen for the garage at the new Atlantic Court Hotel and Condominium. Also in Ft. Greene, they have purchased the garage condominium at the Greene House, 383 Carlton Ave.
