CBRE promotes Iacovelli to senior VP in Manhattan

According to CB Richard Ellis, William Iacovelli has been promoted to senior VP in Manhattan brokerage. He has been involved in 800,000 s/f of deals in the area and 300,000 s/f of office and industrial transactions nationally. He started at CBRE in 1999. He graduated from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York, and of the Real Estate Board of New York. "Bill has consistently demonstrated his versatility in satisfying clients over a variety of industries, making him a valuable asset to them and to our firm," said Matthew Van Buren, executive managing director, CBRE. "We are pleased to promote him to senior VP."
