According to Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive VP of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing, Marketing and Sales Division, the party for 717 Madison Ave., will now occur on Wed., June 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. The retail space is in a five-story limestone townhouse that has a renovated façade with a double-height window. The multi-level space features 1,900 s/f at ground level, 1,900 s/f on the second level, 600 s/f on the lower concourse level and 20 ft. of two-story frontage.
