Manage 1,000 units in the South Bronx-HUD/federally subsidized, tax credit, low and moderate income. Oversee a $10 million budget, day-to-day operations of maintenance, administrative and security department of all managed properties. Created and spearheaded the Drug Free Zone Program in the West Farms area of the Bronx. Active participant and contributor of all West Farms community-based agencies, private as well as local and city-owned organizations. My plans for the future include a career in Security Management.
