Basile will oversee management functions of GVA Williams' 23 million s/f portfolio.  Largely considered a leading asset services expert in the real estate industry, Basile has more than 25 years of experience in various real estate disciplines, including property and asset management, project and construction management, leasing and investment sales.  In his new role at GVA Williams, Basile strives to advance the firm's ambitious objectives by enhancing visibility of the asset services platform and providing clients with consistent, best-practice asset services.   "With his depth and wide array of skills, John is the perfect leader for our asset management team," said Robert Freedman, president and CEO of GVA Williams.
