Lightstone Grp. secures two lease extensions totaling 9,234 s/f

The Lightstone Group has signed long-term leases extensions with tenants at two of its industrial/office properties. Caremark LLC signed a 3,348 s/f extension at 125 Mallard St. At 160 James Dr. East, Sealy & Co., Inc. extended its lease for 5,886 s/f of general office and laboratory space.
