Mertz of NAI Mertz handles 12,000 s/f lease

Scott Mertz, SIOR, of NAI Mertz,, Realtor, has negotiated a 12,000 s/f lease between Liberty Property Trust and Navien America, Inc. at 7000 Commerce Blvd. Mertz said the tenant is headquartered in Irvine, Calif. for their North American distribution from Korea. The new space will be used as a call center and training center.
