Phillips and Heiss of Largo finance $8.637m construction loan in Fla.

Jack Phillips and Kevin Heiss of the Largo Group of Compa­nies, arranged construction financing in the amount of $8.637 million for a two-story, 52,000 s/f building situated within the Meridian Business Center. The sole tenant will be Imagine Schools. Meridian Development Group will complete the interior improvements in two phases. Phase I, to be completed by July 31, will consist of at least 21 classrooms, a 1,500 s/f media center, a 4,000 s/f multipurpose/cafeteria room, administra­tive offices and rest rooms.
