Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services completed the Circle K, a 4,500 s/f single-tenant net-leased property. The sales price was $2.317 million.Glen Kunofsky, senior VP investments and senior director of the firm's National Retail Group, and Net Leased Properties Group, in Manhattan, represented the seller, a private investor, and the buyer, a limited liability company. William Hoffpauir, a senior associate in the firm's Lafayette office also provided representation. The property is located at 6678 Siegen Ln. on a 50,000 s/f lot. The building was renovated in 2008 and the gas station is currently Shell-branded.
