For the second time, Cooper Square Realty and David Kuperberg, president, were honored as "Management Company of the Year" by the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, Inc. (ABO). The prestigious award was presented on November 8 at ABO's annual dinner-dance. The honor recognizes a company that maintains high ethical and performance standards and works to improve the image and professionalism of the industry. Cooper Square Realty has been an industry leader in the use of technology, improving employee training and working to strengthen the certification requirements for property managers. Kuperberg said, "This is truly an honor for the company and every one of our 170 employees. Over the years we have set high goals and worked to maintain quality in every area.
