Gourianov of KDA arranges $1.2 million sale of 7,000 s/f property in Queens

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged the sale of the one-story, 7,000 s/f commercial property located at 180-02 Eastgate Plaza in Springfield Gardens for $1.2 million, according to Neil Dolgin, executive VP. Dmitri Gourianov of KDA represented both the buyer, TNT Construction, and the seller, Eastgate Plaza LLC. Financing for the acquisition was provided by Community National Bank through an SBA loan. The property includes 4,000 s/f of office space, 3,000 s/f of warehouse space, a drive-in door, heavy power, modern HVAC system and an additional 3,500 s/f of parking. Located off Springfield Blvd., the company is relocating from Queens Village and was looking for a location near JFK. The property will be used for storage of equipment, offices and parking of vehicles. KDA is a 105-year-old, Brooklyn-based real estate firm. In addition to providing brokerage and management services, KDA has acquired $300 million of its own real estate assets within the past year alone, primarily industrial and medical/office properties.
