April 27, 2009 - Brokerage
Ed Kiesa, CCIM, has joined CB Richard Ellis/Syracuse as a senior broker, bringing 23 years of experience in landlord and tenant representation to the commercial real estate firm.
Kiesa graduated from Bishop Ludden High School. He received a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and then earned his real estate license in 1986. Kiesa was previously affiliated with another local commercial real estate firm, where he focused on tenant representation.
The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation was awarded to Kiesa following successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. This designation adds to the tools that Kiesa can access through the CCIM network and CB Richard Ellis.
"My affiliation with CB Richard Ellis will allow me to provide my clients with unparalleled resources that can only be made available by the largest commercial real estate firm in the world," Kiesa said. "CBRE will help enhance my service and relationships."
Kiesa has been active with the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, serves on the boards for the Jowonio School and the Syracuse Council of American Youth Hostels, and is a longtime volunteer for the Jamesville-DeWitt youth lacrosse and basketball programs.
