CVS Albany, LLC, has purchased approximately 2.211 acres of land to develop a new CVS Pharmacy in the Village of East Aurora. This will be a relocation of an existing CVS store. Zaremba Group, a preferred CVS developer, worked strategically with the Village Planning Board to preserve the historic character of the village in the design of the new location. The properties purchased are located at 727 Main St. and 741 Main St.). The total sale price was $1.9 million.
