Leressa Crockett, financial services commissioner; Bronx Borough resident Fernando Ferrer and developer Bernard Rosenshein recently signed leases for five floors in the 10-story, 220,000 s/f Concourse Plaza office building. In 1991, the district attorney's offices, borough president's offices, corporation counsel offices, and other municipal offices, will move to the new shopping center, office building and cinema complex at 161st St. and the Grand Concourse Borough Hall.
