Brenner of Prime Realty completes $4.55 million sale in Oakdale

Andrew Brenner, president of Prime Realty Properties & Management, Inc. has brokered the $4.55 million sale of the LaSalle Plaza Shopping Center, located at 581-601 Montauk Highway. The 10 store, 16,700 s/f strip center sold at a 9% cap. The 2½ acre parcel has additional land for expansion. Prime represented the buyer and seller in the transaction, both long time Prime Realty investment clients.
