As the president and co-founder of Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC, William Obeid has overseen all aspects of Gemini's activities since its inception in 2003. Under Obeid's leadership and direction, Gemini has acquired a portfolio valued at $1 billion with over 4 million s/f. Prior to Gemini, Obeid was the director of finance for Brookline Development Co. Prior to Brookline, Obeid arranged private financings and worked at the investment banking and private equity firm Needham & Co. Obeid began his career at The Blackstone Group, an advisory and private equity firm in New York City. Obeid graduated with a bachelor of arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
