M Space has leased 3,448 s/f of office space at 60 East 42nd St. (the Lincoln Building) in the midtown Grand Central District. CresaPartners negotiated the five-year lease, which will be effective immediately. Bob Stella, executive VP and principal, and Justin Halpern, associate at CresaPartners, represented the tenant. Josh Sinon of Newmark Knight Frank represented W&H Properties, the building owner.
