Ms. Brennan serves as Business Development Manager at McGuire Development Company, where she is responsible for real estate brokerage and development, marketing and new business initiatives. Her 15 years of expertise span every aspect of the industry from negotiating business contracts to tenant representation. Adding to her strengths is extensive experience in local and national radio and television broadcasting, advertising and marketing. Ms. Brennan’s comprehensive background allows her to anticipate trends well ahead of the curve, putting her in tune with clients and ensuring a seamless approach to all aspects of real estate from land procurement to building occupancy.
Ms. Brennan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. Before joining McGuire Development Company, she worked as a Senior Title Insurance Marketing Representative for a Fortune 300 Company. Ms. Brennan helped many real estate attorneys throughout Western New York, contributing her expertise in Title Insurance and Abstracting to contract negotiations and execution. Colleen guides her clients through McGuire Development’s Signature Transparent Process taking each step with a full knowledge of market statistics, economic projections and industry trends. This level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction has enabled her to establish long-term, loyal relationships with customers, providing a strong network of leads and referral sources. Ms. Brennan is a licensed Associate Broker in New York, and also serves as Secretary/Director for the WNY NYSCAR (New York State Commercial Association of Realtors). She is the recipient of the 2007 Buffalo Niagara Builders Association “Excellence in Industry” Award.
Steve Hunt commenced his career with Hunt Real Estate/Hunt Commercial Real Estate Corp. in 1977 as a salesman. He was a founding member of the Commercial Investment Division of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, which became the WNY chapter of NYSCAR. He served five years as its president and in 2003 received its Lifetime Achievement Award. He graduate of Colgate University and in 1976 received a masters degree in philosophy from SUNY Albany.
