The Long Island Development Corp (LIDC) financed over 96,000 s/f of commercial real estate as part of total funding for qualified Small Business projects in Suffolk County.
Steve Molfetta VP lending financed Sherman, Federman, Sambur Levine, LLP, a law firm representing injured workers at the workers' compensation board. The law firm purchased an office condominium of 8,000 s/f in order to expand their practice and to hire new employees. They received an $828,000 SBA 504 loan as part of a $2,000,500 financing package. The new location is at 10 East Main St., Bay Shore, N.Y.
Ken Kowalczyk VP lending financed Century Carriers, Inc, a trucking company providing delivery services for local retailers and businesses on Long Island. They also specialize in handling electronic equipment. They received a $1.5 million SBA loan as part of a $6,405,035 financing package to purchase the 88,000 s/f facility they were leasing located at 55 Engineers Lane, Farmingdale, N.Y.
