According to Lee Rosner, managing principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner & Associates, the company has completed a 6,000 s/f office lease transaction at the Courthouse Corporate Center at 320 Carleton Ave. The Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, Inc. signed a lease to occupy 6,000 s/f of prime office space in the 175,000 s/f class A Courthouse Corporate Center. The public defender office chose the location for the high building quality, excellent value and its immediate proximity to the Cohalan County Court Complex.
