Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. recently arranged financing for the following properties:
* 829-89 Soundview Ave. and 831-831A Rosedale Ave.: A 50,000 s/f shopping center. The loan was for $8.8 million.
* 210 East 70th St., New York, N.Y.: retail and condominium building. The loan was for 1.125 million.
* 501 Broadway, aka 72 Mercer St., New York, N.Y.: retail and condominium building. The loan was for $10 million.
Jeffrey Horowitz and Richard Horowitz represented the firm on the above three loans.
* 2510 Westchester Ave.: A 68,000 s/f office building. The loan was for $4.125 million. Jeffrey Horowitz represented the firm.
* TJ Maxx Store, Toms River, N.J.: The loan was for $16.5 million. Jeffrey Horowitz and David Horowitz represented the firm.
* Frost Building, 520 West Ave. Norwalk, Conn.: 28,196 s/f of retail/medical space. The loan was for $7.5 million. Jeffrey Horowitz and Malcolm Jacobs represented the firm.
